Learn the art of Strategic Conversations so you can persuade and influence your audience through relevant, compelling and focussed communication in high level meetings and one on one conversations.
This full day practical persuasive communication workshop helps you plan and develop a powerful argument, sharpen your insights and deliver them with credibility and confidence.
You will never again be thrown by an unexpected question or struggle to get the conversation around to the topic you need to address.
You will learn:
- How to plan, build and direct a conversation
- How to structure and deliver an insight that cuts through
- Ways to construct a logical and compelling argument
- The art of keeping a conversation on track
- How to manage hostile questions and interruptions
You will explore your own spoken communication patterns and identify your strengths and weaknesses, then work on them in a safe environment.
As well as exploring key theories, participants will complete a series of practical exercises to put the communication theory into action.
Skill level: Clarity can tailor this course to beginner level or present it as advanced communication skills training
Duration: This session is run as a full day or half day workshop, depending on your requirements.
