Communicate Leadership



​If you lead a team and need to communicate critical information internally, we can help you deliver your news, good or bad, with clarity and confidence.
 
​You will shore up morale, stop rumours and ensure you are the most relevant, timely and accurate source of information.
Our aim is to build your confidence and empower you to become an effective communicator within your organisation.

The workshop includes frameworks and techniques to help you communicate more effectively with less effort.

 
You will have the opportunity to understand your communication strengths and weaknesses and work on these in a 'safe' environment.

You will learn:

  • How to inspire trust and confidence by delivering your news calmly and with conviction;
  • How to handle criticism, interruptions and difficult questions which could derail you;
  • Ways to communicate to a hostile audience and ensure they are prepared for the solution you are delivering;
  • How to harness your vocal and physical presence to command attention and exude confidence.
 
As well as exploring key communication theory, participants will complete a series of practical exercises.

Workshop.

Skill level
Clarity can tailor this course to beginner level or present it as an advanced communication skills training workshop.

Duration
This session may be run as a half-day or full-day workshop, depending on your requirements.

Number of participants
For up to six participants; larger groups on request.
